In short, Zenon doesn't look like the normal outlaw, doesn't he? He seems like someone that'd be an explorer or a guild member, but the insect chose his path after guilds and the like had died out. The hercross lived in a peaceful forest during his life, and then everything took a turn to the worst when a half dead Vespiquen had wandered in the forest near Zenon's territory. The 'mon was normally docile concerning intruders and let anyone pass without a hitch, but those that were injured, he'd try to help in any way he could, even if his own desires would overtake his common sense. Despite the queen bee being horribly injured, the Heracross had an obsessive love of honey and the ones who made it. Zenon pounced at the chance and greedily ate whatever honey the queen bee had on, not even bothering to assist her. As she kept crying for help, the Heracross kept trying to shut her up and had accidentally snapped her neck, killing her on the spot. Unknown to the Heracross, the bee's screams had gathered some attention; Explorers. Zenon was spotted, along with the Vespiquen's body and a fight soon broke out Soon after, Zenon had fled, but his quiet life was tarnished. Soon after, he'd been branded a criminal over murder. Did he regret his actions? Somewhat, but a part of himself doesn't regret it one bit. His dislike of explorers comes from them chasing after him constantly and wanting to pick a fight. He normally wins, but flees the scene before that can ever happen. He figures that whatever has happened happened and he can't change it one bit, so he's learned to deal with it. As of now, Zenon has taken the life of a wanderer, and only stops in random villages unless he absolutely has to. The mon's got a perverted side, and tends to flirt with pokemon of whatever species. If he can bone em, he's willing unless they're ugly as sin or they're slime. As said before, he has an obsessive like of honey and tends to raid a small hive whenever his addiction kicks in, or he buys some from any town he happens to go across before he gets recongized. Battle wise, Zenon fights like any Heracross; with pride and brute strength. Zenon normally doesn't aim to win, but to just survive unless he's confident that he can win. Like any Heracross, Zenon is blessed with the ability "Moxie" which increases his attack power whenever he has defeated someone in battle. Contrary to this, Zenon rarely fights continously, so this ability isn't that much to him, but when faced in a corner, it's a good ace in the hole. |
