Three years ago, two partners sought to change the past for a better future, fully knowing the consequences if they succeeded. What they didn't count on was being saved by the very enemy that they had sought out to destroy. With his powers, Dialga was able to return the heros’ favor by manipulating time so that they could remain to see the future they had saved. Though separated by time, the heroes had confidence that they would meet again. A year passed and the changed future slowly began to recover. Back in the past, Wigglytuff's guild continued to expand, and the heroes that had saved both time periods were recorded in history but eventually forgotten. They became normal explorers, graduating the guild and eventually rising up to master rank, the highest honor that is bestowed upon an explorer. It was about this time that the time portals began to appear. They began as brief rifts in time that opened up in places dotted over the worlds. Unfortunate wild Pokemon were the first caught in the fray, wandering into the portals without knowing what they were and ending up in the future or a distant past, never to be seen. The unlucky ones were sent to a rift in the time space continuum where they were lost and forgotten, but most found themselves in a completely separate world that was their own yet it was not. As time continued to pass the brief rifts became clusters in both time periods, sweeping areas with the portals and even though most Pokemon learned to stay clear of them as the knowledge of what they could do spread it was impossible to detect exactly when and where they would appear. Most Pokemon steered clear of whatever area had been reported to have time portals as best they could, but the bravest of explorers took the risks to explore new lands even though there was no guarantee that they could get back to their time. Outlaws saw this as an opportunity to plunder new lands and followed suit, causing chaos and mayhem in both the past and the future. In both times, the council of legendaries concluded that this was Dialga's doing the years before and exiled him without considering the fact that perhaps, just perhaps he had the power to fix what had been destroyed. Outlaws; stronger, more powerful outlaws from the future entered the past and strengthened by the harsh lifestyle before the past was changed, they overpowered even the most powerful exploration teams with ease. Once again, the Pokemon turned to the heroes for help, only to find that in both worlds, they had vanished without a trace. Concluding the worst, the pokemon saw that their survival stood alone. Wigglytuff's guild split up temporarily to search for the heroes in the past, but when the guild master was reported to have gone missing one day, the disband became permanent. Guilds broke apart as each pokemon adopted the 'survival of the fittest' but some were devestated because they believed that to survive, pokemon had to stay together. Their thoughts eventually led them to each other and they formed new guilds, united in their common beliefs while the disbanded members either became loners or outlaws. Unbeknownst to the pokemon, some heroes, the forgotten heroes, still remained, determined to find the ones that had saved the past for them to save it once more. Every second could be your last. Will you stand with friends, partners in crime, or alone?
